Today’s workout…

For time:
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 21 reps
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 18 reps
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 15 reps
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 12 reps

Man this one was nasty. We only have 1 rower in our box so we subbed a 400m run for the row portion of the workout. There were quite a few people that showed up today. We split the class into two heats. The 1st group suffered during this one. This was one of the first times that I was nervous before a CF workout. Before beginning my heat I did 3 push presses to see how it felt. Oh man, I’m in for some shit. I was making some animal noises to get through those presses. It was great. I was pretty cooked afterwards. I finished in 16:32. There was also a really large beginner class today as well. Its great to see the movement growing. Come get some.
