Monday November 9th – Swing Throw Pull

Three rounds for time of:
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
20 Pull-ups

I did a little too much pacing on the pullups and wallballs in the last round. I couldve hurt more. I just didnt want to suffer today. I’m super tired and a little hungover and I had to go to a dinner after the wod. I’m happy I went though!
