Wednesday November 10th – Ah f*ck it. Lets workout again…

I went for the double header today. The main site wod was a quick one.

Warmup:
Samson stretch
Thoracic mobility work
Handstand walkouts x 10

2 rounds 5 reps each movement with a 1.5 pood kettlebell

Deadlifts
2 arm russian swings
2 arm russian power swings
Left arm swings
Right arm swings
2 arm american swings
2 arm american power swings

Cash in:
Team workout – do 5 swings with kettlebell, run it across the gym, over a 28″ plyo box, then 5 pushups. I went twice for my portion of the teamwork

Workout:
8minute AMRAP of
4 handstand pushups
8 2 pood kettlebell swings
12 knees to elbows

I completed 6 rounds + 4 handstand pushups and 3 kettlebell swings

Cashout:
30 GHD situps
