I wanted to move my body around and feel normal again. All this travel was beating me up. I wanted to work on speed strength. So squat jumps was the medicine…

50lb dumbell each hand squat jumps
25lb dumbell each hand thrusters

In between each of the 5 sets i toyed with various mobility movements and a total of 2 sets of 30 ghds on a body ball.
